Questions about emergency service

What should I do while I wait?

If it is safe to do so, switch off the affected circuit or the main breaker. Do not touch damaged equipment or anything wet. If there is fire or smoke, leave the building and contact your local emergency services first.

Do you cover power cuts?

If your whole street is out, the problem is with the utility, so contact them directly. If only your property or part of it has lost power, call us.
