This policy explains what personal information Arcwell Electric (“we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it and how we look after it.
Information we collect
- Enquiries: your name, phone number, email address, location and the details you give us about the job, when you use our quote form, call or email us.
- Job records: the address where we work, the work carried out, test results, photos of the installation and invoices.
- Website data: this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies by default. Your hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes.
- To schedule, carry out and document work, including permits and inspections where required.
- To meet legal, tax and warranty obligations.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to do the work: for example with the local inspection authority, your utility for service upgrades, equipment manufacturers for warranty claims, or service providers who help us run the business (such as form handling, email and accounting software).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Job records are kept for as long as required for warranty, safety and legal purposes.
Your rights
