Electrical Repairs

Panel Upgrades
Panel replacements and service upgrades for homes adding EV chargers, heat pumps or new circuits.
- Load calculation based on your existing and planned equipment
- Permit application and coordination with the utility where required
- New panel, breakers, grounding and bonding to current code
Typically $1,800–$4,500 depending on amperage and utility work; quoted after a site visit.
Rewiring
Full and partial rewiring for older homes, renovations and buildings with outdated or damaged wiring.
- Survey of existing circuits and a written rewiring plan
- New grounded circuits sized for each room’s actual use
- AFCI/GFCI protection where required by code
Quoted per project after a survey. Partial rewires are often possible.
Lighting Installation
Recessed, pendant, under-cabinet, exterior and commercial LED lighting, designed around how the space is used.

EV Charger Installation
Level 2 home and workplace EV chargers, with load assessment, permits and a tidy installation.

- Dedicated circuit, correctly sized cable and breaker
- Indoor or weather-rated outdoor installation
Typical home installs from $750 plus the charger, where the panel has capacity.
Safety Inspections
Electrical safety inspections for home purchases, older properties, insurers, landlords and peace of mind.
- Visual inspection of panel, wiring, outlets and fittings
- Testing of GFCI/AFCI protection, grounding and bonding
- Thermal check of the panel under load where appropriate
Home inspections from $245; commercial inspections quoted by size.
Commercial Electrical
Fit-outs, maintenance, distribution upgrades and troubleshooting for shops, offices, restaurants and light industrial sites.
- Site survey and written scope of works
- Out-of-hours scheduling to minimise downtime
- Distribution boards, sub-panels and equipment circuits

Emergency Electrical Service
Urgent help with burning smells, sparking, loss of power and storm damage, during our stated emergency hours.

- Arrival estimate before we set off
- Isolation and make-safe of the affected circuits
Emergency call-out rates apply and are confirmed on the phone before we attend.
